Jordanna Pierson

Student Support Worker

I am grateful and so excited to be joining the Lethbridge Christian School community for the 2021-2022 school year in the role of Student Support Worker. I am passionate about building positive relationships with students and their families to support mental health and wellness. My experiences as a middle school teacher, Victim and Witness Services Worker for the Lethbridge Police Service, and graduate student completing a Master of Counselling in Counselling Psychology have led me to where I am today. I believe all of God’s children have inherent worth and great potential. By supporting each student in their unique God given gifts I hope to help students achieve their potential and find joy in the journey.

My husband Brad and I have a young son who we love spending time with. Together we enjoy playing board games, building Lego, reading books, camping, bike riding, swimming, playing baseball, taking walks to explore the world, and collecting bugs of all kinds.

One of my favourite empowering scripture verses, which has become our family motto is Romans 8:31 – “If God be for us, who can be against us?”
